Gastric band surgery is a common type of weight-loss surgery for people who are very overweight or severely obese. It involves putting an adjustable band around the top part of your stomach, so you can’t eat as much. Like all types of surgery, gastric band surgery can cause some complications. It is sometimes available on the NHS, but is more commonly performed privately with costs between £4000 to £10,000.

I have trained specifically to fit the hypnogastric band. This therapy is conducted over four sessions and is completely safe, and a fraction of the price.

• At your initial consultation we will discuss your current eating habits and lifestyle in detail. You will be given a hypnotherapy recording to listen too every day before the next meeting.

• Session 2 will be your pre-op session.
• Session 3 is the hypnogastric band operation
• Session 4, usually a month after surgery, will be a follow up appointment, where we can adjust your band if necessary.

Price: £240 – this is paid in instalments £120 at session 1, £60 at session 2, £60 at session 3
