Rebecca approached Blackpool and The Fylde College to deliver the Aerospace Degree Apprenticeship programme Level 4, 5 and 6 over a 5-year Apprenticeship term. Rebecca and Marshall’s in a little over 2 months engaged with us to help co-ordinate the delivery. The delivery was structured to be achieved via a state-of-the-art information delivery suit set up by Rebecca and her dedicated team in the Learning Centre at Marshall so allowing us to deliver the lessons from 250 miles away in Blackpool via Zoom. To complement the delivery several onsite visits to Marshall’s by the Highly trained Tutors from the College to do practical elements of the course were organised. The students experience from the first Cohort starting September 2019 has produced some fantastic outstanding results in the first year. Rebecca is a very much ‘Hands on Manager’ and is a pleasure to work with.”
